Police Officer’s Credibility Record May Affect Biebers DUI Consequences

The arresting officer of Justin Bieber’s recent drag racing DUI incident has had some problems in the past.  TMZ has recently found that Steven Cosner, the arresting officer, has been accused 15 times for misconduct.  From these 15 incidents, Cosner has not shown up to court, violated rules of “courtesy and respect”, and been involved with unlawful compensation.  Bieber’s DUI lawyer states they believe Cosner to be lying about the MPH that Bieber was arrested for.  With Cosner’s shaky record, the DUI case could swing in favor for Justin Bieber.  Read more about these story here.
