Sobriety Tests For Stoned Drivers

Most people have seen, or heard about, or experienced a sobriety test while driving.  Follow the finger, walk the line, say the alphabet. When it comes to drivers who are under the influence of alcohol, the tests have close to 90% accuracy ratings.  But with new laws of the legalization of marijuana, these sobriety tests don’t come close to that percentage when dealing with drivers who are stoned.  As more and more people begin to smoke, driving dangers may increase.  Studies have shown that many people don’t think DUI laws apply to driving stoned.  As this concern grows, so do the efforts to educate the police and the people of the dangers involved.  Read more about this topic here.
