This isn’t Jay’s first appearance on the list. Best Lawyers has recognized him every year since 2018, making this the latest in a long run of honors from his peers in the legal community.

It reflects the reputation he has built through years of defending people charged with DUI and related offenses throughout Colorado.
DUI cases are rarely as straightforward as they may first appear. They can involve questions about whether a traffic stop was lawful, whether field sobriety tests were administered correctly, or whether blood and breath test results are reliable. A conviction can also affect much more than a person’s driver’s license. Employment, finances, family responsibilities, and a person’s reputation may all be at stake.
Jay has devoted his practice to helping clients navigate those difficult circumstances. As the founder of Tiftickjian Law Firm, P.C., he takes a detailed and strategic approach to each case.
